The journey to great outcome starts with scheduling a consultation appointment with Chelsea and Dr. Grant. Chelsea’s goal is to provide a comfortable, friendly yet professional and educational environment for this. We often hear from our patients that they feel like part of the Cascade Face family and that is the high standard of quality care that we aim to reach for every single case. Chelsea’s goal is to encourage team building with each individualized treatment plan that is designed specifically for each patient’s needs. Our needs are often similar but always different in that they are unique to you and your anatomy. Chelsea engages with each patient’s experience to better assist prospective surgery patients. She believes each person that comes through the clinic and surgery center doors deserves to know as many details involved with the procedure from pre to post-op as possible.  Scheduling your procedure is a big investment and Chelsea wants to be sure she is there for you and educates you based on her experience with thousands of patients to give you more comfort on your journey.

Chelsea resides in beautiful Whatcom County where she lives with her husband, son and one sweet English bulldog name Denim. They enjoy boating and fishing throughout the San Juan Islands and taking advantage of our states beautiful campgrounds that include fresh and salt water views.
Fun fact: Chelsea’s husband proposed at the Oyster Bar Restaurant on Chuckanut Drive.

A letter from Chelsea:

I look forward to assisting you with every step of your surgery scheduling process both before and after your procedure. My experience working with our surgeon, Dr. Jonathan Grant, provides me with the greatest understanding of the quality care he gives to his patients both in and outside of the operating room.

Our mission is to help our patient’s look and feel their best. Our patient evaluations always start with a consultation. In meeting with you, Dr. Grant will evaluate and educate you on what treatment options are available to best address your concerns. Communication between you and Dr. Grant is the most important part of the Cascade Facial Surgery & Aesthetics consultation process. We use the Canfield Mirror imaging software whenever possible to simulate anticipated changes with surgery. This will help you feel more confident about your choice of procedure. We always present a natural image rather than an idealized image of what is possible with facial plastic surgery.

After looking at your clinical history and creating your individualized treatment plan, we will review your procedure recovery, pricing, and financing options. We will also go over available transportation and discount lodging options if you are traveling from out of town. During your consultation, we ask that you come prepared to have an earnest conversation about your facial concerns. Spend some time before your appointment in identifying your specific concerns; this will help Dr. Grant to develop an insightful plan for your treatment goals. We treat everyday people from the entire Western Washington area, including the island communities.

We appreciate the opportunity to get to know our patients and better accompany them through the journey to great treatment outcomes. Every question is a good one to us. Please call our clinic to schedule your consultation appointment and thank you for choosing Cascade Facial Surgery.

“Dr. Grant and everyone at his Mt.Vernon office are wonderful. He is so meticulous, and genuinely caring. He has endorsed things I wanted to change in my face, while being honest regarding things he would not recommend. And his staff are all outstanding: warm and friendly, efficient and caring. I so appreciate Dr. Grant’s honesty and care. I cannot recommend highly enough this great organization. Go see them, you’ll want to go back!”
