Non-surgical cosmetic procedures and skin care treatments we offer:
All three of these injectable treatments use botulinum toxins to minimize the appearance of lines and wrinkles. The neurotoxins temporarily immobilize specific facial muscles, allowing the lines that normally form due to muscle movements to soften or fade from visibility entirely. Botox®, Xeomin® and Jeuveau work best on frown (glabellar) lines, crow’s feet and forehead lines. To maintain the results, patients need to return for another injection every three to four months.
Kybella® is an injectable treatment designed specifically to be used on submental fat. Its Deoxycholic acid permanently kills fat cells beneath the jawline, thereby reducing the appearance of a double chin and jowls. Many patients need a few injections to reach their desired results, but these results do last indefinitely.
Dermal fillers are a type of injectable treatment designed to restore volume to the face. They are sometimes used to plump areas like the lips or sunken cheeks. Other times patients use dermal fillers to thicken the skin to minimize the appearance of lines and wrinkles, particularly those that are under the eyes, around the nose and around the mouth. Cascade Facial Surgery & Aesthetics offers a variety of filler brands, including Restylane®, Revanesse Versa, Juvéderm® and Radiesse®. Our team can recommend the appropriate type to help you achieve the best results.
Cascade Facial Surgery & Aesthetics offers two powerful laser skin treatments: intense pulsed light (IPL) and erbium resurfacing laser. IPL uses targeted bursts of light to address uneven skin tone, which can address sun spots, freckles, rosacea, spider veins and scars. Meanwhile, the erbium resurfacing laser is suited for many of the same problems, as well as pore size, mild wrinkles and sun damage.
Laser hair removal uses laser energy to target the follicles in areas where hair growth may be unwanted. It is effective at significantly reducing the need to shave in areas like the armpits, bikini line, legs, face, back and chest. It tends to work best for patients who have lighter complexions and darker hair. The results from laser hair removal are indefinite, though many patients seek treatment every few years to maintain the results.
Microneedling uses a handheld device to make a series of miniature puncture marks in the skin. While these wounds are not significant enough to cause damage, they are sufficient to stimulate collagen and elastin production. This tightens the skin and can minimize wrinkles, acne, hyperpigmentation, sun damage, stretch marks, scars and enlarged pores.
DiamondGlow is an exfoliating treatment that gently removes the top layer of skin, revealing the younger, undamaged skin underneath — without the need for chemicals. During the treatment, the wand provides a deep clean to the pores, removing undesirable debris. It simultaneously infuses the skin with SkinMedica® serums for ongoing skin health.
Cellulite affects nearly 90% of women, with the thighs and buttocks being especially vulnerable to skin dimpling. Fortunately, there is a reliable solution: Cellfina is the only FDA-approved injection designed to treat cellulite on the thighs and butt. A single treatment generally produces results that last for three years.
